Yevata Privacy Policy
Yevata uses this Policy to explain the privacy rules for the mobile app and related legal requests.
Where This Policy Applies
This Policy applies to privacy matters involving Yevata, including app records, purchase access checks, support communications, and legal requests.
It also covers limited work performed by service providers that help operate, secure, analyze, or support the app. Provider access must stay tied to authorized business, operational, legal, or security purposes.
Content Safeguards
Content added by users can be personal, confidential, or otherwise sensitive in context. Yevata treats that content as user-controlled material and uses it only as needed to provide the app, maintain security, process requested actions, address support or legal issues, or comply with applicable law.
Please avoid adding content that you do not have the right to use or that would violate someone else’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or legal rights. If content involves another person, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of that content is lawful and appropriate.
The app is designed for ordinary utility use, not for emergency, regulated professional, medical, financial, or legal decision-making. Any information handled in the app should be used with that limitation in mind.
App Records Covered
Information covered by this policy may include user-added content, app settings or preferences, device and app diagnostics, app activity records, purchase or entitlement records, support messages, and records needed to respond to legal or privacy requests.
When in-app purchases are made, purchase-related information may be handled by the app marketplace, payment processors, or service providers that help confirm access. Yevata does not control the privacy practices of app marketplaces or payment providers, and their own policies apply to their processing.
Support or privacy communications may include the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, the nature of your request, and related correspondence. Legal and security records may also be created when needed to protect the app, users, or legal rights.
Why Information Is Used
Information is used to operate Yevata, provide requested app functions, validate paid access, maintain app reliability, respond to user requests, protect the app from misuse, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights.
For users in the EEA, UK, or similar regions, the lawful bases for processing may include contract where processing is needed to provide the app or paid access; consent where a consent-based choice is required; legal obligation where records must be kept or disclosed by law; legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, improving, and supporting the app; and legal claims where information is needed to protect rights or handle disputes.
Information is not used in a way that is materially unrelated to these purposes unless permitted by law or supported by an additional user choice.
Outside Processing
Yevata may rely on vendors, infrastructure providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, app marketplace providers, payment processors, customer support tools, legal advisors, and security services. These parties receive or handle information only where their role reasonably requires it.
Information may be handled in more than one country or region. Where cross-border handling occurs, Yevata uses appropriate legal safeguards when required, such as contractual protections, regional transfer mechanisms, provider commitments, or other measures recognized by applicable law.
Information may also be shared if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users or the app, to investigate suspected misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets. In those cases, information remains subject to appropriate confidentiality or legal protections where available.
Retention
Records are kept only while a legitimate app, legal, security, purchase, support, or rights-protection need remains. Retention periods can differ because some records support current app operation while others are needed for compliance or dispute handling.
User-added content is kept for the app-related need that required handling it, unless law or rights protection requires a longer period. When retention is no longer justified, information is deleted, anonymized, or handled in a lower-risk form where technical and legal limits allow.
Security
Yevata uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the app. These measures may include access controls, provider review, secure handling practices, and monitoring for reliability or misuse.
No app, network, storage system, or provider environment can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Users should take reasonable care with the content they add, the devices they use, and any communications they send to the app team.
Changes to This Policy
Version information: Effective date: 2026-05-27. Last updated: 2026-05-27.
This policy may be revised when Yevata changes, when legal requirements develop, or when operational practices need to be described more clearly. Updated versions will be posted through the app or the policy page, and the revision date will identify the current version.
Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the nature of the change and any legal requirement that applies. Continued use of the app after an updated policy is made available means the updated policy applies from that point forward, unless applicable law requires a different approach.
Child Privacy
Yevata is intended for people with legal capacity to use mobile apps in their region. A parent or guardian should supervise any minor who uses the app.
When child-related information must be restricted or removed under applicable law, the team will take steps suited to that requirement. Those steps may include deletion, limitation of handling, or guardian involvement.
Your Privacy Choices
Privacy choices and rights vary by region. Applicable law may allow you to request access to information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain automated or profiling-related decisions where such rights apply.
Requests will be evaluated under the laws that apply to the requester and the information involved. Some information may need to be retained or declined from deletion where legal, security, purchase, dispute, or compliance reasons require it.
If consent is the basis for a particular processing activity, withdrawing consent will not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal. Regional authorities may also provide complaint channels where local law grants that right.
Privacy Mailbox
Privacy requests for Yevata should be sent to support@yevata.app. The team will review the request under applicable law and respond through a reasonable channel.
